Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple functions and levels. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and playing a key role in building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and employee networks. Create engaging job descriptions and ensure timely postings. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical and business interviews. Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for hiring metrics. Work on employer branding initiatives and campus hiring if required. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment. Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment or IT/tech domain. Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience working with ATS and HRMS tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring (e.g., tech roles, leadership hiring). Knowledge of recruitment compliance, diversity hiring, and candidate engagement strategies.
