Business Development Executive (Male Candidates Only)

Brief DescriptionBreeze Brain Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive (Male Candidates Only) to join our growing team. The role focuses on driving sales, building strong client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities in the IT sector. This is a field-intensive role designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about achieving sales targets. Candidates with prior knowledge and experience in the jewellery sector will be given preference. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Identify and pursue new opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored IT solutions. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective engagement and negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Conduct field visits and client meetings as a core part of daily operations.

 Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in the IT or jewellery sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork efficiently. Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi will be an added advantage. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Additional Requirements

Male candidates only. Must be young, energetic, and self-motivated. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Comfortable with fieldwork as a major part of the role. Immediate joiners preferred. Must be currently based in Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
