Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong Top talent pipeline. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Hiring Channels: Leverage multiple sourcing avenues, including Headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge. Data & Reporting: Utilise recruitment analytics to track performance, optimise processes, and report on key hiring metrics. Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Experience:
Any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition. Proven experience in headhunting is mandatory. Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus. Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.
