Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, addressing, and resolving customer service requests while ensuring seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming customer requests via phone, email, and web-based ticketing systems.
Track application performance through dashboards and logging systems to confirm business-as-usual operations.
Proactively engage with customers and internal teams to resolve service requests efficiently.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ticketing system with clear and concise details.
Adhere to defined support processes and service standards to ensure consistent quality.
Contribute to the development and upkeep of the customer knowledge base.
Working Conditions:

Shift-based work as per published rosters, including on-call support when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
