PHP Developer (Laravel + Full Stack Experience)

Brief DescriptionAbout the Role:  We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend knowledge, hands-on experience in frontend technologies, and a solid understanding of databases. Familiarity with AWS (or R2), Firebase, GitHub, and project management tools like Trello is highly desirable.   Key Responsibilities: •  Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel). •  Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. •  Implement and manage MySQL database queries, optimizations, and schema design. •  Work with JavaScript (and related libraries/frameworks) for front-end features. •  Deploy and manage applications on AWS/R2 cloud environments. •  Integrate and manage services using Firebase. •  Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development. •  Participate in sprint planning, task tracking, and updates using Trello. •  Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, PMs) to deliver high-quality solutions.Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications: •  Proven experience as a PHP Developer with strong command over Laravel. •  Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. •  Proficiency in MySQL database design and writing optimized queries. •  Hands-on experience with AWS services or R2 storage solutions (mandatory). •  Familiarity with Firebase integration. •  Proficiency in GitHub workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews). •  Experience working with Trello or similar project management tools. •  Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. •  Strong communication and teamwork skills.   Good to Have: •  Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL. •  Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. •  Basic understanding of DevOps practices.   Experience: •  4–7 years of professional experience in PHP development.
