Role Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to accelerate our market growth. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture strong client relationships, and close high-value deals that directly contribute to our revenue and market expansion. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and excel at turning prospects into long-term partners, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation – Source, engage, and qualify prospective clients through calls, personalized emails, and digital outreach. Sales Presentations – Craft and deliver persuasive proposals that highlight solutions and communicate clear value propositions. CRM Management – Accurately update and manage prospect data, monitor pipeline progress, and ensure timely follow-ups within the CRM. Target Achievement – Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs to drive revenue growth. Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and high-value referrals. Reporting & Analysis – Generate detailed sales reports and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.Preferred Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
3–5 years of sales experience; prior exposure to the e-commerce sector is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management capabilities.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Resilient and positive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
