At LTS, we uphold our company’s culture and nurture our core values – Respect for All, Integrity, Collaboration, Creativity, Inclusiveness, and Empathy.  About the role ·      Write, develop, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and more. ·      Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative content ideas that align with business goals and marketing strategies. ·      Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce content that is informative, engaging, and authoritative. ·      Optimise content according to SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive traffic to our digital channels. ·      Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions for content strategy adjustments. ·      Ensure brand consistency in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice across all content. ·      Edit and proofread content produced by other team members when necessary. ·      Stay updated with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.  Preferred Skills·      Strong research, writing, and editing skills with excellent attention to detail. ·      An understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics. ·      Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines. ·      Excellent organisational skill and multitasking ability. ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Fresh graduates or postgraduates with a passion for writing and a background in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
