Brief Description
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Behavioral Scientist to help us understand, predict, and influence human behavior through research-driven interventions. You will apply behavioral science principles to solve complex challenges across domains such as user experience, public health, financial decision-making, or organizational design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative behavioral research (e.g., surveys, interviews, ethnographic studies, experiments).
Identify behavioral biases and drivers that influence decision-making and user actions.
Translate insights into actionable strategies, nudges, or interventions that drive measurable outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and strategy teams to embed behavioral science into solutions.
Analyze data using statistical tools and behavioral frameworks
Design and evaluate behavior change interventions, pilots, or randomized control trials (RCTs).
Communicate research findings through presentations, reports, and storytelling.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in [industry, e.g., digital health, fintech, public policy, etc.].
Familiarity with human-centered design, design thinking, or service design.
Published work or case studies in applied behavioral science.
Qualifications
Masters or Ph.D. in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Cognitive Science, Sociology, or a related field.
Proven experience applying behavioral science in real-world projects (industry, academic, or consultancy settings).
Strong understanding of behavioral theories, models, and experimental design.
Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or qualitative research platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think critically, empathize with users, and simplify complex behaviors.
