Brief DescriptionWe are a growing technology and data services company working with global clients in software testing, data annotation, and data auditing services..As a Market Research & Business Support Associate, you will work closely with our leadership and operations team to gather insights, conduct research, and prepare materials that support marketing and sales strategies. This is not a sales role – instead, you will focus on research, analysis, and content preparation that helps the team identify and approach potential clients more effectively. Conduct market and industry research to identify potential prospects and business opportunities based on defined criteria.

Research companies, industries, and domains to create structured databases of potential clients.

Support the team with competitive research, trend analysis, and insights gathering.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents for client discussions.

Draft and organize content for marketing and thought leadership (basic blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, etc.).

Support creation of client-facing materials such as brochures, decks, and company profiles.

Maintain and update internal research trackers and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives

Preferred Skills

Master's degree

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).

Ability to organize information clearly and prepare professional documents.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
