Full Stack Developer

We build intelligent, cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible through AI and human-machine collaboration.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ReactJS, and NodeJS, with a strong ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications across web and mobile platforms. Experience in the insurance domain will be considered a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native. Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement functional and intuitive interfaces. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Preferred Skills 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, and NodeJS. Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration. Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). Experience working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Good understanding of Git and version control workflows. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
