Senior Graphic Designer

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software and a portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative projects.  

Lead the conceptualization and design of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website elements.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design strategies that align with company goals.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed their expectations.

Good understanding of client work requests, revisions and the ability to take responsibility to execute them

Create concept ideas from scratch for client visual options.

Present creative ideas for discussion and coordination with the Content Team

Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines

 Preferred Skills

3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or similar setting.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong attention to detail.
