Full Stack Developer (Python React)

Brief Description

Position : Fullstack Developer (Python React) Experience : 7-10yrs Working hours : 9PM -5AM IST Work Mode : Remote /Hybrid

Backend  - Skill Set

Mandatory : Python (advanced, Performance-focused development), AWS (expertise in Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API GW,  AWS SAM)

4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Solid knowledge and experience with the AWS Stack (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).

Good understanding of DynamoDB data modeling and performance tuning.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity in building and consuming REST APIs

Frontend - Skill Set

Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context).

Familiarity with REST APIs.

Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience using UI libraries/frameworks like PrimeReact, MUI etc

Familiarity with AWS Amplify for auth, API, storage in React applications.

Client Interaction & Soft Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Ability to understand client-reported issues and translate them into actionable technical tasks.

Quick turnaround in analyzing, reproducing, and resolving client issues.

Proactive in providing timely updates and ensuring transparency with clients.

Collaborative approach with internal teams to expedite client issue resolution.

Professional and composed handling of client concerns and escalations.

Flexibility to provide support during client working hours (9 PM IST – 5 AM IST).
