Lead design, development & deployment of complex web apps using React.js & Next.js

Provide technical leadership & mentorship to front-end teams

Drive project planning, execution & delivery within timelines & quality standards

Collaborate with product owners, designers & backend teams for seamless solutions

Conduct code reviews & enforce best practices

Implement GraphQL, React Query & WebSockets for real-time, scalable solutions

Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies

🔹 Leadership & PM Skills:

Proven project leadership & team mentoring experience

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Hands-on with WebSockets/real-time communication

Solid knowledge of build tools (Webpack/Vite), Git workflow
