Key Responsibilities Technical Development (50%)

Build scalable web and mobile applications using OutSystems and other low-code platforms. Integrate apps with APIs, databases, and third-party systems. Ensure quality through code reviews, performance optimization, and technical documentation. Adopt best practices to deliver robust, secure, and modern solutions.

Business Analysis & Client Engagement (50%)

Drive requirement gathering: Hold high-level client meetings to understand and break down business needs into technical solutions. Architect solutions: Translate concepts into functional specifications, clear documentation, and actionable tasks. Stakeholder management: Be the primary technical contact for clients during project delivery, ensuring satisfaction and success.

Leadership & Growth

Develop and lead a dedicated low-code team; mentor, guide, and empower future experts. Shape the department: Play a direct role in scaling and heading Xminds’ low-code practice. Collaborate: Work with in-house business analysts, designers, and content specialists to deliver top-tier outcomes. Preferred SkillsTechnical Skills

Solid experience with OutSystems platform (preferred) OR other low-code/no-code frameworks. Strong web development background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL. Experience with API integration, REST/SOAP, and system architecture. Ability to create thorough technical documentation.

Business Analysis

Demonstrated expertise in gathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements. Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client interactions. Analytical thinking, process mapping, and solution design abilities.

Leadership & Personal Qualities

Experience mentoring or leading technical teams. Strategic vision to scale low-code capabilities and build a department. Adaptable, proactive, and deeply collaborative approach. Fluent English (mandatory).

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

OutSystems certifications (e.g., Associate Reactive Developer, ODC Developer). Familiarity with other low-code platforms (PowerApps, Mendix, Appian). Experience in client-facing tech roles, agile methodologies.
