M.Tech/ME or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or MCA with at least 60% marks. Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT Industry/Government Sector/ PSU/State or Central Universities, in Blockchain Development/Research.

Job description

Lead and manage blockchain projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines across public and private blockchain infrastructures. Conduct in-depth blockchain research to evaluate emerging technologies, use cases, and innovations, and translate findings into actionable insights and solutions. Design and implement capacity-building initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing platforms, to foster blockchain,AI literacy and technical expertise within organizations or partner ecosystems. Prepare and submit detailed proposals, white papers, and technical documentation for funding agencies, institutional partners, or collaborative consortia. Lead the team and supervise overall development activities, including design, code review, testing, and software implementation Delegate work and assignments to team members Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues Analyze user needs and identify suitable applications to address them Lead research initiatives in Ethereum and other public blockchain networks Define end goals for the team Guide the team through technical challenges and complex tasks Preferred SkillsDesirable Experience

At least five years of experience in Public & private Blockchain. At least 3 years of experience in Blockchain Project Management/Research activities (Blockchain)/Experience in building or leading capacity-building initiatives or tech-driven knowledge platforms. Exposure to national or international collaborations, proposal writing, and coordination of tech-focused events or initiatives.
