We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the IT domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services/software domain. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools. Participate in marketing and networking events, webinars, and product demos. Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1 – 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IT domain (software services, SaaS, digital transformation, etc.). Strong understanding of IT services and solution selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

Experience in B2B, D2C products, and IT sales, including selling to enterprise clients. Exposure to software product demos or technical solution discussions. Knowledge of basic technical terminologies (cloud, web apps, mobile apps, APIs, etc.).
