Role Overview A high-impact role for a decisive, no-nonsense leader who can cut through bureaucracy, enforce accountability, and deliver results. The Programme Manager will run the CEO’s office with authority, ensuring priorities are clear, actions are executed, and outcomes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Execute CEO Directives: Translate the CEO’s vision and decisions into clear, actionable initiatives and ensure timely execution.

Eliminate Barriers: Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and bypass unnecessary processes to maintain momentum.

Enforce Deadlines and Budgets: Drive accountability to ensure all deliverables are completed within defined timelines and financial parameters.

Provide Actionable Insights: Present the CEO with well-analyzed solutions and strategic recommendations, not unresolved issues.

Strengthen Leadership Accountability: Hold senior leaders responsible for commitments, ensuring decisive actions and strong execution.

Streamline Operations: Simplify processes and align workflows to enhance speed, transparency, and efficiency across teams.

Drive Closure: Track initiatives, projects, and escalations to full resolution—leaving no tasks or issues pending.

Support CEO Effectiveness: Manage priorities, workload, and scheduling to safeguard the CEO’s focus, mental clarity, and long-term effectiveness.
