Job title : Senior Java Developer Experience - 5 to 12 Years Work Arrangement - On-site Employment type: Full-time Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, SpringBoot, MySQL and Restful API.You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable applications while setting technical standards and mentoring junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities  · Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. · Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Implement RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality and ensure seamless communication between systems. · Optimize and refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. · Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the improvement of development best practices and processes. · Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem and continuously improve your technical skills. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and bugs to maintain application reliability. · Ensure that all software development follows industry standards and organizational policies.Preferred Skills· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). · Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and MySQL. · Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE concepts, including multi-threading, design patterns, and JVM internals. · Solid experience in RESTful API design and implementation. · Proficient in working with MySQL (or other relational databases) and writing efficient SQL queries. · Knowledge of modern version control tools, particularly Git. · Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience in working within an Agile development environment. · Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. · Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. · Ability to mentor junior developers and provide leadership within the development team.
