You’ll engage with customers across calls, chats, and emails—delivering timely, empathetic support and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement

Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.

Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Customer-First Service

Deliver warm, solution-oriented support to create seamless, positive customer experiences.

Escalation & Resolution

Identify complex issues, escalate them to appropriate teams, and ensure timely follow-up.

Accurate Recordkeeping

Log all interactions in internal systems, maintaining clear and organized customer records.

Performance & Quality

Meet or exceed targets for customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and productivity.

Product Expertise

Stay up to date on Way.com’s products, features, and policies to provide accurate information.

Team Collaboration

Foster a supportive, high-performing team environment.

  Preferred SkillsRequirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective bilingual communication. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive services, fintech platforms, or similar industries is an advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
