Key Responsibilities Architect Scalable Data Systems

Design and implement robust data models, infrastructure, and pipelines that deliver exceptional performance, scalability, and adaptability.

Lead & Inspire Teams

Guide, mentor, and motivate data engineers and analysts to consistently deliver impactful results.

Align Data Strategy with Business Goals

Partner with product, engineering, business, and design teams to ensure all data initiatives support organizational priorities.

Drive Technology Excellence

Evaluate, select, and manage advanced data platforms and tools to meet current needs and enable future innovation.

Own the Full Data Lifecycle

Oversee data ingestion, transformation, storage, access, and retirement with efficiency, security, and reliability.

Ensure Governance & Compliance

Establish and enforce policies to maintain data quality, protect integrity, and comply with regulations.

Deliver Strategic Insights

Provide architectural guidance and actionable analytics to empower executive decision-making.

Champion a Data-Driven Culture

Promote best practices, standardization, and organization-wide data literacy.

Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

8+ years of professional experience in database development, data modeling, and architectural design.

Demonstrated success in managing teams or leading complex technical projects.

Relevant certifications such as CDMP, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Strong foundation in RDBMS principles, with hands-on experience in both relational and NoSQL database technologies.

Experience in the Networking or Security domain is a plus.

Practical expertise in API consumption and multi-tenant database design.

Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, Talend, ETL tools, Hadoop, and more.

In-depth knowledge of database security, compliance practices, and regulatory frameworks.
