Installation and Support Executive – ELV, Automation & IT Infrastructure

Brief DescriptionThe Installation and Support Executive is responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, testing, and support of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, automation solutions, and IT infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with the project team, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth deployment, reliable operation, and timely technical support for all installed systems. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure and commission ELV systems such as:CCTV Surveillance SystemsAccess Control & Time Attendance SystemsFire Alarm & Public Address SystemsStructured Cabling & Networking Technical Support & Maintenance:To provide on-site and remote technical support for ELV, automation, and IT systems.To perform regular preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks.To troubleshoot faults, replace defective components, and restore system functionality quickly. Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT,CS or related field, or ITI certification in a relevant trade.
