Survey Configuration Specialist

Brief Description Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Configuration Specialist to handle data ingestion and survey configuration operations for our Employer Experience clients. The role is focused in configuring and QCing data and survey parameters based on client-specific requirements. 

Survey Configuration QC: performing structured quality checks on survey configurations. Survey Configuration Development: configuring EX surveys on the HX platform in accordance to client requirements compiled by the client implementation team. Data Ingestion: perform the necessary data mapping and data conversion tasks to align client data with system requirements, based on guidance provided by the client implementation team.

Communication Skills: Effective communication, Excellent English language proficiency and collaboration skills. Knowledge of medical terminology: Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.

Experience: 2 Years Work time  : IST 6pm to 4 am
