You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified, data-driven social strategy that amplifies our voice and fuels business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Design and execute platform-specific strategies that reflect Way.com’s identity, voice, and growth goals.
Maintain consistency and foster innovation across all social channels.
Content Direction
Lead planning, creation, and publishing of engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and more.
Adapt content for maximum reach, engagement, and platform performance.
Community Engagement
Manage daily interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and user content with a brand-aligned, friendly tone.
Cultivate a vibrant, active, and positive online community.
Brand Growth & Advocacy
Launch interactive campaigns to deepen emotional connections, inspire loyalty, and encourage brand advocacy.
Data-Driven Optimization
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and refine strategies to boost engagement and ROI.
Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers, creators, and partners to expand reach and credibility.
Trendspotting & Innovation
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to keep our presence fresh and competitive.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with content, design, product, and customer support teams to deliver cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Budget & Resource Management
Oversee social media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
Brand Reputation Management
Monitor brand sentiment, address feedback promptly, and protect Way.com’s image across all channels.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.
Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
A passion for digital innovation and staying up to date with evolving social media trends and technologies.
