As the frontline representative of Way.com, you will provide empathetic, efficient, and solution-oriented assistance across both inbound and outbound interactions—ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication – Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Customer-Centric Support – Deliver empathetic, customer-first assistance to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience at every touchpoint.
Issue Escalation – Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Accurate Documentation – Maintain detailed and organized customer records by accurately logging all interactions in internal systems.
Performance Excellence – Consistently meet or exceed goals related to customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and productivity.
Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on product features, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to foster a positive, high-performance team culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
Preferred SkillsRequirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective bilingual communication. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive services, fintech platforms, or similar industries is an advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
