Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement platform-specific strategies that reflect Way.com’s identity, voice, and growth objectives.
Maintain consistency and innovation across all channels.
- Content Direction
Lead planning, creation, and publishing of engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms.
Adapt content to maximize reach, engagement, and platform performance.
- Community Engagement
Manage daily interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and user-generated content with a friendly, brand-aligned tone.
Build and maintain a positive, active online community.
- Brand Growth & Advocacy
Launch interactive campaigns that strengthen emotional connections, inspire loyalty, and encourage brand advocacy.
- Data-Driven Optimization
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to increase engagement and ROI.
- Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify, engage, and manage influencers, creators, and brand partners to extend reach and enhance credibility.
- Trendspotting & Innovation
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our social presence fresh and competitive.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
Align with content, design, product, and customer support teams to ensure unified messaging and campaign success.
- Budget & Resource Management
Oversee social media budgets, allocating resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Brand Reputation Management
Track brand sentiment, respond promptly to feedback, and safeguard Way.com’s image across all channels.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.
Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
A passion for digital innovation and staying up to date with evolving social media trends and technologies.
