Develop and present content calendars and campaign concepts

Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

Research trends, meme culture, and audience behavior to generate new ideas

🔹 Content Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life

Write content briefs and oversee creative execution

Break down long-form content into short, platform-friendly formats

🔹 Client Management

Act as the day-to-day contact for key clients

Understand client goals and tailor strategies accordingly

Present calendars and reports, incorporate feedback and maintain a positive client rapport

🔹 Publishing & Engagement

Schedule and publish posts via tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite etc.

Track live content and recommend optimizations

Respond to comments/messages and escalate when needed

🔹 Analytics & Reporting

Measure KPIs: reach, engagement, clicks, saves, etc.

Share monthly performance reports with insights and next steps

Adapt future strategies based on performance data

 Preferred SkillsWhat We’re Looking For

1 to 2 years in social media or content marketing (agency side a plus)

Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends

Excellent copywriting, ideation and presentation skills

Experience managing clients or stakeholders

Familiarity with tools like

Canva, Meta Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, Buffer, Hootsuite, Trello/Notion

Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player

Bonus If You Have

Experience working at or with a digital/creative agency

Understanding of SEO and/or performance marketing basics

Ability to brief and manage creative teams

A portfolio showcasing social media content or campaigns
