Content QA Specialist We are seeking a meticulous and quality-obsessed Content QA Specialist to serve as the final gatekeeper before content goes live. This role is not just about proofreading—it’s about ensuring every piece of content meets the highest standards for accuracy, SEO, originality, and brand alignment. You will play a critical role in identifying low-quality or AI-generated content, ensuring compliance with Google’s EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles, and helping elevate the overall quality of our content assets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Review & Editorial ExcellenceManually review blogs, articles, and landing pages for grammar, tone, clarity, and alignment with brand voice and editorial guidelines.Flag and fix factual inaccuracies, awkward language, and formatting inconsistencies to maintain top editorial quality.

SEO & Content EvaluationCheck on-page SEO elements like meta tags, headers, internal links, and keyword usage to ensure effectiveness and compliance.Evaluate content depth and user value—flagging anything lacking relevance or actionable insights.

AI Content & Plagiarism DetectionIdentify AI-generated or low-quality content through manual checks and automated tools.Run plagiarism checks to ensure originality and protect brand integrity.

EEAT Compliance & Credibility AssuranceVerify author credentials and assess the trustworthiness of sources, especially for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) topics.Ensure all content aligns with EEAT standards to build authority and trust.

QA Process Development & FeedbackMaintain and improve QA checklists and editorial review workflows in line with industry best practices.Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers and editors to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred SkillsRequirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content quality assurance, editing, or SEO

Exceptional manual editing skills with strong attention to detail

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google’s content quality guidelines

Proven ability to identify AI-generated content and assess it for human readability

Proficient in using tools such as Grammarly, Copyscape, Copyleaks, Originality.ai, or similar alternatives

Skilled at identifying low-value or thin content and providing actionable improvement recommendations

Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced content production environment

Nice to Have

Educational or professional background in journalism, digital marketing, or technical writing

Experience working with content management systems like WordPress

Familiarity with structured data, Yoast SEO plugin, and content scoring tools

Understanding of content compliance processes and fact-checking workflows
