We’re looking for a results-oriented and data-savvy SEM Manager to take charge of our paid search strategy and execution. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, boosting online visibility, and accelerating revenue growth through effective search engine marketing. You’ll manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-performing digital experiences that reflect our brand identity and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize & Lead Paid Search CampaignsDesign and execute comprehensive SEM strategies that boost visibility, attract high-intent audiences, and improve conversion rates across the customer journey.

In-Depth Keyword & Audience ResearchIdentify high-impact keywords and target audiences through thorough research aligned with campaign objectives and user search behavior.

Campaign Execution & OptimizationManage and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to ensure performance, scalability, and strong ROI.

Performance Monitoring & AnalysisUtilize tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, uncover insights, and make data-driven adjustments.

Insightful ReportingDeliver clear, actionable reports with key performance metrics, analysis, and strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Cross-Team CollaborationPartner with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure ad copy, creatives, and landing pages are aligned and conversion-focused.

Stay Ahead of TrendsMonitor industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging SEM tools or features to maintain innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.

Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

Google Ads Certification is preferred.
