Way.com is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of our brand’s social media journey. In this influential role, you will spearhead efforts to boost brand visibility, deepen community engagement, and drive user interaction across all major platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute an integrated social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive, channel-specific strategy that reflects Way.com’s brand identity, tone, and growth objectives.Ensure consistency, innovation, and cohesion across all platforms.

Content LeadershipLead the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and more.Tailor content to maximize reach, engagement, and platform effectiveness.

Community ManagementActively engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and user-generated content.Uphold a consistent, friendly, and on-brand voice across interactions.

Brand Building & LoyaltyDesign and execute interactive campaigns that build emotional connections, foster loyalty, and encourage brand advocacy.

Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack KPIs and campaign metrics to evaluate performance, extract insights, and refine strategies to drive engagement and ROI.

Influencer & Partner CollaborationIdentify and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand reach and reinforce credibility.

Trend Awareness & InnovationStay current with emerging trends, platform updates, and tools to ensure strategy remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Cross-Functional AlignmentCollaborate with internal teams—content, design, product, and customer support—to align messaging and ensure cohesive, effective campaigns.

Budget OversightManage social media budgets strategically, leveraging data insights to maximize impact and cost efficiency.

Reputation ManagementMonitor brand sentiment, respond to feedback in real time, and safeguard Way.com’s public image across all channels.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.

Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.

Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

A passion for digital innovation and staying up to date with evolving social media trends and technologies.
