Role: Spanish Customer Success Executive We’re looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Success Executive to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. In this role, you’ll be the frontline voice of Way.com—delivering empathetic, efficient, and solution-focused assistance through both inbound and outbound interactions. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring all issues are handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.

Provide empathetic, customer-first support to ensure smooth and satisfying experiences at every touchpoint.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams for swift resolution and follow-up.

Accurately document all interactions in internal systems to maintain organized, detailed customer records.

Achieve and exceed performance goals including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity metrics.

Stay well-informed on product updates, services, and company policies to offer accurate and helpful guidance.

Collaborate with peers to support a positive, high-performance team culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.

Preferred SkillsRequirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective bilingual communication. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive services, fintech platforms, or similar industries is an advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
