Job Description:We are seeking a Head of Solution Delivery to lead our solutions team and ensure the successful delivery and implementation of IT software projects. This role will oversee a team of implementation project managers and act as the critical bridge between the Software Development Center and our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the solutions delivery team responsible for software implementation projects. Oversee end-to-end project delivery – from customer requirement analysis to deployment and go-live support. Collaborate closely with the Software Development Center to understand product features, updates, and deployment processes. Ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant project delivery. Define delivery strategies, standards, and frameworks to optimize efficiency. Drive resolution of implementation issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with stakeholders including internal teams, clients, and senior management. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience (8+ years) in software implementation or IT project delivery roles. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in customer-facing roles and managing enterprise software rollouts. Preferred Skills Proven experience (8+ years) in software implementation or IT project delivery roles.
