Role Overview Way.com is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior B2C Email Marketing Specialist to spearhead our product-focused email marketing initiatives. This role demands hands-on expertise with Mailchimp, a strategic mindset for customer engagement, and a proven ability to drive product growth and user retention through optimized email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust email marketing strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

Design, manage, and continuously refine email workflows, automation, and campaigns using Mailchimp and complementary platforms.

Strategically segment customer lists to deliver targeted, personalized, and data-informed email content.

Plan and conduct A/B testing on subject lines, body content, and CTAs to maximize campaign performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and content teams to craft engaging and impactful email content.

Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize ROI.

Ensure all email activities are compliant with current email marketing laws and regulations (CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Stay current on emerging email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred SkillsKey Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2C email marketing, ideally within digital product or SaaS environments.

Proven expertise in Mailchimp, including automation setup, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.

Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus, though not mandatory.

Strong data-driven approach, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting dashboards.

Ability to craft engaging, action-oriented email copy that drives conversions.

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.

Proficient in A/B testing and iterative experimentation to improve results.
