Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will:

Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calls, strategic email outreach, and networking on digital platforms.

Craft and present compelling sales pitches and proposals that highlight our offerings and the value they deliver.

Maintain and update CRM systems to track prospects, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s revenue and growth objectives.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty, drive repeat business, and encourage referrals.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports with insights that guide strategy and support informed decision-making.

Preferred Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

5–8 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to the e-commerce sector being a significant plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Resilient and positive in the face of rejection, with a strong ability to bounce back.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
