In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of driving targeted traffic, increasing online visibility, and accelerating revenue through effective search engine marketing. You’ll manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, while partnering with internal teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SEM Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end paid search strategies to increase visibility, attract high-intent users, and optimize conversion performance throughout the customer journey.
Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value terms aligned with campaign objectives and user intent.
Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to drive performance, scale effectively, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis: Leverage tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign data, extract insights, and implement data-backed optimizations.
Reporting & Insights: Produce clear, actionable performance reports with key metrics, in-depth analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure ads, creatives, and landing pages align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and new features to ensure innovative execution and maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.
Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.
