This high-impact leadership role will focus on increasing brand visibility, strengthening community engagement, and enhancing user interaction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and execute a results-driven, integrated social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Social Strategy Development
Create and execute a comprehensive, platform-specific social media strategy that reflects Way.com’s brand values, tone, and goals.
Ensure innovation, consistency, and cohesion across all social channels.
Content Leadership
Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of compelling content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and more.
Tailor content to drive audience engagement and grow reach.
Community Engagement
Actively manage and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and consistent brand voice.
Brand Building
Strengthen brand identity through interactive campaigns that foster customer loyalty, advocacy, and emotional connection.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics to measure success, derive insights, and optimize content strategy for increased engagement and ROI.
Influencer & Partner Relations
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners to extend reach and deepen community trust.
Trend & Platform Awareness
Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep strategies fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with teams across content, design, product, and support to align messaging and enhance the effectiveness of integrated campaigns.
Budget Management
Manage social media budgets strategically, using data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance and cost efficiency.
Brand Reputation Oversight
Monitor brand sentiment and social presence, addressing feedback in real-time to maintain and elevate Way.com’s public image.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.
Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
