You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and digital marketing teams to deliver an integrated, high-performing social strategy that reflects our brand identity and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning
Design and implement a holistic social media strategy that aligns with Way.com’s brand tone, values, and business goals—ensuring cohesion, innovation, and consistency across platforms.
Content Oversight
Oversee the planning, development, and scheduling of platform-specific content (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) aimed at driving engagement and expanding reach.
Community Management
Foster a vibrant, engaged online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a positive and consistent brand voice.
Brand Development
Strengthen brand identity and customer loyalty by executing creative, community-driven campaigns that encourage interaction, participation, and advocacy.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track success, derive insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for higher engagement, reach, and ROI.
Influencer & Partner Collaboration
Identify and nurture partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand collaborators to amplify awareness and deepen community engagement.
Trend Monitoring
Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools, ensuring our strategy stays innovative, relevant, and competitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product, content, design, and customer support teams to ensure messaging alignment and maximize the impact of integrated marketing efforts.
Budget Oversight
Manage the social media budget responsibly, making data-driven decisions to allocate spend for optimal performance and campaign impact.
Reputation Management
Monitor brand presence and sentiment across all platforms, actively respond to feedback and address issues in real time to protect and elevate Way.com’s public image.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.
Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
