Data-Driven Growth
Deliver measurable outcomes across metrics such as MQLs, SQOs, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
Provide regular performance reporting and iterate continuously to exceed KPIs and align with business goals.

Partner with teams across product, engineering, compliance, marketing, and partnerships to align email strategies with company-wide objectives.
Ensure email campaigns are seamlessly integrated into product launches, technical updates, and go-to-market plans.
Preferred SkillsExperience:
10–15 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing large-scale, data-driven email marketing strategies.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of email technologies, including webhooks, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
Proven ability to communicate and manage technical requirements in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
Analytical Strengths:
Advanced analytical capabilities to identify data trends and generate actionable insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
Skilled in leading experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable performance improvements.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong grasp of the email marketing ecosystem, including deliverability best practices, compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, US Privacy laws), and growth marketing principles such as attribution and incrementality.
Leadership Qualities:
A proactive, self-motivated leader capable of driving both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution with minimal supervision.
