Key Responsibilities Regional Management

Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned region(s), ensuring consistent sales growth and maintaining accurate historical and operational data.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and operational goals, while maintaining up-to-date campaign and sales records.

Team Leadership & Training

Lead, mentor, and train team members to improve their capabilities and support professional development, helping them reach their full potential.

Vendor Relationship Management

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with vendors, fostering trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

Partner with team leads to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative strategies to increase long-term sales, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Escalation Management

Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues, ensuring prompt resolution while contributing to process and knowledge improvements.

Continuous Improvement

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing process optimization, problem-solving, and personal and team development.

Work Hours This role supports a rapidly scaling vertical in a startup environment—flexibility is essential. The position requires availability during night shifts and occasional weekends as needed to meet operational demands.Preferred SkillsQualifications & Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or a related functional area.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.

Strong cold-calling skills to engage new, inactive, or hesitant customers effectively.

Highly organized and a natural team player, with proven collaboration capabilities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and internal ticketing or CRM systems.

A solution-driven mindset, with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches.

Comfortable working independently, managing real-time challenges, and staying composed under pressure.

Strong analytical thinking, with an instinct to ask “why” and dig deep into operational problems.
