Role: Spanish Customer Success Executive We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Executive to deliver outstanding support and service to our users. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism and empathy—ensuring each customer receives timely, accurate, and helpful assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support to promote a seamless and positive customer experience.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.

Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately within internal systems to maintain organized and comprehensive records.

Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution rates, and productivity benchmarks.

Stay updated on the latest product offerings, services, and policies to provide informed and relevant guidance.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, supportive work environment focused on achieving team goals and continuous improvement.

Preferred SkillsRequirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective bilingual communication. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive services, fintech platforms, or similar industries is an advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
