iOS Application Development

Lead the end-to-end development of high-performance iOS applications using Swift, ensuring a scalable architecture and writing clean, maintainable code.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric technical solutions.

Performance Optimization

Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across a range of iOS devices and operating system versions.

Mentorship and Code Quality

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level iOS developers through code reviews, technical leadership, and adherence to best practices.

Testing and Documentation

Maintain high coding standards through unit testing, detailed documentation, and strict adherence to clean code principles.

Backend Integration

Partner with backend/API teams to design and implement seamless, scalable system integrations.

Innovation and Process Improvement

Champion continuous improvement by refining mobile development processes and contributing to evolving engineering standards.

Feature Ownership

Take full ownership of features, overseeing all phases from conception and development to deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Ongoing Learning and Development

Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the iOS development ecosystem to ensure modern and forward-thinking solutions.

Preferred SkillsQualifications

10+ years of experience in mobile app development, including 6+ years focused on iOS development.

Deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and integration of third-party libraries.

Skilled in architecting complex mobile apps using modular design patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP.

Proficient in CI/CD workflows, automated testing, code review processes, and App Store deployments.

Demonstrated leadership in team management and mentoring iOS developers.

Experienced with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics and crash reporting platforms.

Solid understanding of web application ecosystems and cross-platform compatibility challenges.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Core Bluetooth, Core Location, or real-time service integrations (e.g., EV or roadside assistance).

Background in mobility, transportation, or automotive tech platforms.

Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform development frameworks.
