In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, strengthening community engagement, and boosting user interaction. You’ll work closely with content, design, and digital marketing teams to deliver a cohesive and results-driven social media strategy that embodies our brand and supports overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Way.com’s brand voice and business objectives, ensuring consistency and innovation across channels.

Content Oversight:Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of tailored content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others to drive engagement and visibility.

Community Management:Cultivate a strong and interactive digital community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent and positive brand tone.

Brand Development:Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through creative social campaigns that foster community interaction and encourage user advocacy.

Analytics & Optimization:Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; use insights to refine strategy and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and ROI.

Influencer & Partner Collaboration:Identify and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and strategic partners to expand brand reach and engagement.

Trend Monitoring:Stay informed on emerging platform features, trends, and tools, ensuring our strategy remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, content, customer support, and design teams to align messaging and amplify integrated marketing initiatives.

Budget Oversight:Manage the social media budget effectively, making data-driven decisions to allocate spend for maximum impact.

Reputation Management:Monitor brand mentions across platforms, respond to feedback, and address issues in real time to protect and enhance Way.com’s public image.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.

Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.

Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

A passion for digital innovation and staying up to date with evolving social media trends and technologies.
