Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of professionalism, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
Provide empathetic, solution-focused support to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams for timely and effective resolution.
Properly document all customer interactions in internal systems, ensuring records are clear, organized, and comprehensive.
Consistently achieve or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity metrics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to offer reliable, relevant, and helpful guidance to customers.
Collaborate with team members to support a positive, goal-oriented work environment focused on shared success and continuous improvement.
Preferred SkillsRequirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective bilingual communication. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive services, fintech platforms, or similar industries is an advantage. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
