In this role, you will play a pivotal part in boosting online visibility, attracting high-quality traffic, and driving revenue growth for our online booking platform. You’ll lead impactful search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, while partnering with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all paid media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end SEM strategies focused on increasing search visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and optimizing conversion performance.

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic, user-aligned search terms that align with business goals and campaign objectives.

Manage and fine-tune paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to maximize efficiency, scalability, and ROI.

Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, transforming insights into strategic actions that enhance campaign outcomes.

Deliver regular, data-driven performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign refinement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including content, design, and development—to ensure that ad copy, visuals, and landing pages are cohesive, effective, and on-brand.

Stay informed on evolving SEM trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations, applying industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Preferred SkillsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.

Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

Google Ads Certification is preferred.
