Brief DescriptionRole Overview:We are seeking two talented Graphic Designers with 3 to 7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidates should have strong creative skills and a portfolio that demonstrates their passion for design and attention to detail. Expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design platforms is essential. This role is suited for creative thinkers who can translate ideas into visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital and print media. The designers should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development.   Responsibilities: Create compelling designs for social media posts, marketing campaigns, websites, banners, flyers, logos, and more. Collaborate with teams to conceptualize visuals based on requirements and brand guidelines. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for review and feedback. Develop consistent and high-quality visuals across platforms. Work with UI/UX designers, content creators, and developers to enhance user experiences. Maintain a library of design assets and adhere to version control and file management standards. Adapt designs for different formats (web, mobile, print). Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations.Preferred SkillsRequirements: 3 to 7 years of experience in graphic design or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software/tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Understanding of visual hierarchy, layout principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Excellent communication and time management skills. Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, UI design, or basic video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
