Motion Graphic Designer

Brief DescriptionRole Overview:We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in crafting dynamic visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other motion design tools. This role requires a designer who can take complex ideas and transform them into visually appealing motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and short-form content. The candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of producing high-quality content within tight deadlines, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and design teams.   Responsibilities: Create engaging motion graphics for marketing videos, product demos, social media, brand campaigns, and presentations. Design and animate assets including logos, typography, icons, transitions, and infographics. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and developers to bring concepts to life. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content when required. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging design tools. Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all animated content. Prepare and deliver project files in various formats as required for different platforms (web, mobile, social).Preferred SkillsRequirements: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools. Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, video work, and visual storytelling. Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and transitions. Ability to edit audio and sync visuals for a seamless viewer experience. Strong sense of visual composition, color, typography, and layout. Experience with storyboard creation, script breakdowns, and video production workflows. Bonus: Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or sound design tools. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward creative challenges.
