Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role also involves lead generation and contributing to sales growth through effective communication. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries effectively Provide prompt and courteous customer support and issue resolution Generate leads through phone calls and assist in converting them to customers Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-ups Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned
Preferred SkillsRequirements
Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil (spoken) is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving approach Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of CRM tools/software Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales Familiarity with using call center software or CRM systems Ability to communicate in additional regional languages is an advantage
