Brief DescriptionJob Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings on relevant platforms and oversee resume sourcing. Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and expedite the hiring process. Facilitate smooth onboarding and assist with administrative tasks. HRD Functions: Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters and pay slips. Address employee inquiries and maintain attendance records. Enforce company policies and practices consistently. Employee Welfare: Resolve employee grievances and conduct exit interviews. Conduct employee orientation and update HR databases regularly. Monitor compliance with company policies and coordinate team meetings. Performance Management: Communicate regularly with managers to assess team performance. Collect and analyse monthly performance reports for evaluations. Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees for feedback and development. Coordination: Ensure efficient task coordination and provide event support. Facilitate communication between departments and HR. Address workplace issues promptly to prevent conflicts and provide employee support. Other Duties: Manage office calls and oversee ID card processing. Maintain filing systems and update various Excel sheets for inventory and employee records. Preferred Skills Qualification: BBA/MBA specialised on HR, Other HR certifications etc...
