Unity Developer Intern

Brief DescriptionJunior Unity Developer / Intern (AR/VR/MR) Location : Trivandrum (Relocation required) We’re seeking a motivated Junior Unity Developer or Intern with up to 0-1 year of experience to join our team and grow their skills in immersive technology (AR/VR/MR). You’ll collaborate with designers, artists, and senior developers to bring innovative XR applications to life while building a strong foundation in Unity development.   Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing core functionality for AR/VR/MR applications under guidance.

Support the team in translating design concepts into functional prototypes.

Learn to optimize performance, stability, and quality of applications.

Help integrate third-party SDKs (hardware/software) with supervision.

Participate in troubleshooting and debugging code.

Follow best practices for writing reusable, clean, and efficient code.

Collaborate on basic scripting, animation, and UI implementation.

Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Assist in unit testing and documentation tasks.

 Preferred SkillsRequirements:  

0–1 year of Unity experience (personal projects, internships, or academic work count!).

Holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Game Development, or related fields.

Basic understanding of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Familiarity with scripting, animation, and basic UI implementation in Unity.

Willingness to learn Unity’s Math and Physics APIs to solve problems effectively.

Interest in AR/VR/MR technologies and 3D development.

Basic troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Eagerness to work in a team and communicate clearly.

Bonus: Exposure to version control (Git), shaders, or XR toolkits (e.g., AR Foundation, Oculus SDK).
