Technical Design Lead / Architect

Brief DescriptionWe are hiring a Technical Design Lead / Associate Architect to play a key role in shaping the technical design and architecture of our software systems. You will work across multiple projects, helping teams make the right technology choices, define scalable designs, and deliver high-quality solutions.This role is ideal for someone with strong development experience who is ready to take on architectural responsibilities while staying close to the code.Preferred Skills

6+ years of hands-on experience in software development and system design.

Strong backend expertise in Python, Java, or Node.js.

Nice to have: Exposure to frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD.

Familiar with microservices, distributed systems, and Docker/Kubernetes.

Solid grasp of architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system development.

Experience guiding teams, conducting reviews, and contributing to technical decisions.

Awareness of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities

Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
