Java Trainer – Technology Training

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in Java and related technology stacks, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students and professionals, guiding them through the latest industry practices, tools, and frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-depth training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).

Design and update training content, practical assignments, and assessments.

Provide training in frontend technologies (Angular/React), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and other backend stacks (Node.js, Python) as needed.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and evaluate learner progress with periodic assessments.

Provide exposure to real-world project development practices, including software lifecycle understanding and version control tools (Git/GitHub).

Guide candidates on logical reasoning, coding aptitude, and problem-solving skills.

Train and mentor learners on emerging technologies like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning (preferred).

Ensure excellent learner engagement, participation, and outcomes.

Experience working in software development projects.

Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, or Docker/GitHub.

Previous training experience in academic or corporate setups.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (any stream) or

M.C.A / M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced).

Working knowledge in one or more: Node.js, Python.

Frontend frameworks like Angular or React.

Hands-on experience with Databases (MySQL).

Knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science tools and techniques is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learners.
